Supporting Executive Chef for 3 major PGA championships annually on an ongoing basis. Responsible for creating top-tier culinary experiences for high profile clients, with guest counts reaching 5000 per day.

Space 220, Walt Disney World

Orlando, FL

Part of the opening leadership team at this highly anticipated and publicized restaurant opening in Walt Disney World. Played an essential role in training back of house staff as well as menu and recipe development in this high volume setting. Coached and supported the culinary team from pre-opening through first 2 months of operations.

Deer Mountain Inn

Tannersville, NY

Invited for a guest chef residency at this historic Catskills inn. Created seasonal à la carte menus based around local farms and the bounty of the Hudson Valley. Responsible for executing multiple weddings over a 10-week span. Worked closely with each client to develop a unique and special menu for each event.
